The going rate for a worker here is around Rp50,000 per 8 hour day.At the most you might give her Rp 100,000 for a 12 hour day as no doubt you are feeding her as well.Overpaying workers,particularly something like babysitting is crazy.Australians are digging their own graves in Bali,there will be no end of complaining when the price of everything rises because of wages blowouts.No wonder the rest of the world wants to come and live in Australia when they see what you can earn for a simple job.Next thing she will be buying a kickboard,swimming out past the waves at Kuta beach then calling the Australian rescue services to say she is in a sinking boat and please come and rescue her and take her to the PROMISED LAND.!!
