Hyatt closed

I just rang Hyatt as have been thinking of staying at the Hyatt Sanur late Jan/to mid Feb. could not get availability from their site or any booking sites so decided to ring. Anyway they tell me they are closed for renovations ! Must be some kind of renovations to close the whole thing. Anyone heard any more about this? I was quite surprised !
