Tamrind Beach ,Nusa Lembongan

Hi. considering doing 3-5 nights in Tamarind Beach in Feb with 1 yr old baby in tow. Can anyone tell me if Tamarind Beach has restaurants / warungs so that we wouldn't need to get back to Mushroom Bay and Jungut Batu as they say the road is bad. Also is there taxis etc over there ? And what are chances of waves in Feb ?
