Cancellation with agoda

I have just made a cancellation of a booking that I made with agoda, thru paypal. I have received an email to say that the cancellation has been refunded, and this is confirmed in my paypal account. My papal account balance however, still remains as zero. Is the money there or not. or does it take a number of banking days for the money to be in my paypal account where I can acess it to make another booking ??
