are very easy to get hold of. Because I live in Sanur I buy the flour from Aloha on Jalan Danau Poso it costs 7,000 per kilo.
Because I am only doing it for my guests I only bake around 12 loaves per week. Thus there is no real need for me to chase a cheaper supplier.
Obviously dry yeast, sugar, salt, butter and powdered milk are also easy to obtain.
