we have at home , nice and soft and fresh! and the bakeries wouldnt be using bread machines they would be doing it in bulk
Im certain any bakery wouldnt have that expensive imported breadmaker flour sitting around waiting for an expat to buy it.
I could be wrong , i usually am but ive seen the textures of the bread and it's just not the same as ours, theres just some thing about it.
