Villa Baliana or other villas in Legian

Wondering if anyone has booked Villa Baliana before?
It has 2 web pages and I am not sure which one is correct. Can someone please help.

Also if there are any other villas in Legian that would be close to beach and walking distance to everything would love some other suggestions.
