4 years! Last time was a medical check up in Singapore for 1 night but this time it was 2 nights on an Island South of Lombok called Gili Gede on a bungalow out on a reef (think Boro Boro on a budget).
Just wanted to advise if anyone is flying to Lombok and has limited time like us just be aware that they bump the flights. Found out by a local in Lombok that it is the usual, so we were booked on the 1.15pm flight, planning to be drinking beers on the deck of our bungalow on the water by 4pm, instead we did not board until 4.15pm, wastes precious drinking time on an already short holiday. Was told, either take the morning flight or the last fight (as they are wanting to fill the planes). On the way back it was only one hour, not delayed, flight change but they don't let you know so you find out when you get to the airport. We flew Merpati has they have 4.15 flights a day (well, maybe it's actually 3 flights as we left at the time of the last flight but they sell 4 flights). We should have checked in the morning before leaving so our fault but hope this helps anyone who doesn't like to waste precious drinking, oops, holiday time.
