I think taking your own set is a great idea. I avoid manicures and pedicures over there because its actually very hard to get sterilisation right.
My doctor just told me we should all be having hep A shots for Bali, which we haven't done. Is too late for us next trip (we leave Friday) but I will def do it before the next trip.
