They are 4 & 8 now- the first trip over the lil fella was only 10 months and daughter 4 so too young to take it I believe. They have never had the slightest trouble in Bali- they drink yakults every day at home as well and I did read somewhere that if you don't normally drink them you should start a week before going overseas? I personally hate the taste of them so just use the travelan- yes it's more painful than travelbug as you have to take every meal but I know it works for us!
