Below is an extract (the Mask maker) of a 1969 documentary by David Attenborough entitled Tribal Eye..The Miracle of Bali.
It is a DVD set (4?) available through Amazon.com and has 3 segments dedicated to Bali.
Highly recommended and if you want more info on this and videos of early Bali go to Youtube,The Miracle of Bali and explore some of the related videos...some as far back as 1930...fascinating!
