Canggu is in the opposite direction to Candi Dasa, it could be done but seems silly to back track.
If you are going to Ubud you could probably do the trip this way:-
Canggu (b'fast) - Ubud - Tegallalang - Candi Dasa
Otherwise Tegallalang is only a short drive from Ubud.
Just my opinion, someone else may have a better idea?
