I had previously bought cushion covers at Kuta art markets but on my last trip found another stall with a terrific selection of covers and matching runners. It is in the same street as the main entrance to reception of the Ramayana Resort. I think it is Jln Singosari. If you crossed the road from reception and walk a few stalls to the right. Sorry for the vague directions but there are a few stalls selling the same things so just find the one you want with the best price.
