Bali Hyatt

This might have been mentioned already but looks like the Bali Hyatt is undergoing some major renovations and will be closed for 2 years.
Anyone know what is being done? Are they going to pull the old place down and rebuild, or just refurbish the building? Two years is a long time for a hotel to close so it must be pretty major.
