Thanks for your post, its so nice to read as we also had a wonderful experience with Balis Best Babysitting. The lady who runs this is Australian & her customer service is brilliant! She is also very good at recruiting the nannies and ensuring they have all the right qualities & everything they need to do thier jobs. We have had several different nannies from her over the past year (4 trips) and they all love her. The nannies rave about her. She pays them well and trains them regularly in first aid & cpr etc. The nannies we have had have all been excellent & we cannot reccomend them highly enough. We won't book with anyone else now. The prices are very reasonable (about $5) per hour where the hotels will make you pay up to $10 per hour and send you anyone they can find. We also used Bali Baby (not to be confused with Bali Baby Hire) on Balis Best Babysitting's reccomendation and Helena (the western owner) was fantastic & so lovely & nothing was too much trouble! These two companies are a great asset to westerners traveling to Bali and really know what the customers want. Don't even hesitate to use them for a second!
