for the warning, and yes, I have read Allen Carr! I know full well what I am facing, and I've always felt that Bali is a place where SMOKERS OF THE WORLD UNITE so am a bit dubious of not having lozenges to help me through. Over the years have had acupuncture (spent the money saved on that occasion on a lovely pair of gold earrings), hypnotherapy (Hmmmmmmm????) gum (ripped out all my fillings), patches (got hideous rash), etc, etc. The lozenges seem to be only thing that do it for me, and I totally acknowledge it is the NICOTINE to which I am addicted. I have nine months non-smoking under my belt, so here's hoping! Regards.
