We went last november and weren't bothered by much rain, but it was very hot. I found it uncomfortably so and I live in darwin, and it was the middle of our wet season so I'm used to the heat! But my other half wasn't overly bothered so maybe I'm just a whinger! Lol
Quite a few schoolies around but no real bother, worst thing was there was no space at the hotel pool, ever!!
We just arrived back last week from our latest trip and the weather was perfect but more expensive season to go..
