Getting to Gili T in the afternoon?

So my dilemma now is the plane from Perth lands at 2.10pm we will only have hand luggage, but as the taxi to Bangsal is 1.5hrs will it be too late to get a speed boat to Gili T?
We only have 4 nights and I was planning 2 at Gili T and 2 at Lombok...dont really want to waste 1 of those nights staying in a cheap hotel near the harbour for the boat the next morning?
Spent time on Trip advisor and googling boats to Gili T in late arvo but didnt find much info
has anyone done this before? I dont mind paying for a personal speedboat, planning on staying at Scallywags and they said they couldnt help me with transport...
