Just back and had 7 work shirts (jersey type)and 1 pair of trousers made. Took pictures of what I wanted. Was measured up at tailors and then told how much material was needed. Taxi ride to Alta Moda, select material (huge range and great prices)and taxi ride back to tailor. 4 days to make them all. 1 top was a little long but everything else was perfect. $15/top (long sleeve) to make and $20 for trousers. The tailor is called Agusta. Jl Melasti Street (Lebak Bene) Kuta. Also had a pair of leather boots made for $65. More than happy with everything. May be a bit out of your way but at least it gives you an idea of prices.
