I can't imagine changing hotels between Tuban and Legian even. They're close enough to not bother - just pick one and catch a taxi or even walk to the other area if you want to check out shops and restaurants. And moving between two hotels that are 500m apart seems like a waste of a day to me.
I like to be settled, but then I know of others that are happy be packing up and moving every few days.
