We went from Sengiggi to Senaru and it took about 2 hours....give or take.
If heading from Praya (new airport) you don't have to head through Sengiggi and North from there, but from doing it backwards from Senaru through Praya last year, I remember it taking no more than three hours, Max, and I self drove with a stinking hangover.
