We went to go in the Prada lounge 3 weeks ago but ended up going into the Dewi lounge instead.
The Prada lounge would not give us a reduced rate for the kids
(previous years they have let the kids in free). The Dewi lounge let the kids in half price.
Also the escalator into the Prada lounge was broken so the only way down or up was via the stairs, this was not an issue for us but may be an issue for others.
We were very comfortable in the Dewi lounge, food was sufficient, plenty of choices for drinks, some drinks you had to ask for as they were stored out the back but never waited more than 5 mins for them to arrive. There was plenty of seats both down and up stairs.
