A 3 mm shorty is plenty for tulamben I have dived many times there with just board shorts and a tshirt . 3 dives a day will be fine if your doing the early morning wreck dive as others have pointed out stick with reputable dive shops there are plenty there I have done a heap of dives with tulamben wreck divers they seem to know there stuff.if you have a computer take it with you if not hire one there most of the dives are 23m to 30 plus so keep a eye on your cbt/rbt and surface intervals and 3 dives a day is no problem.
