But ask for one of their double Queen size bed rooms. This is a budget hotel but these rooms and some of their standard rooms at the side of the hotel have outdoor bathrooms. The bungalows at the side have 2 queen size beds in the room (probably not ideal to have son right next to you BUT), fridge, tv and of course the outside bathroom. It was the sister hotel to the Barong but management gave the Barong away holding onto Ida and Dewi Sri in Legian.
The Ida is situated down a laneway behind Matahari department store in Kuta but you would never know as it is very quiet or was when we were there.
