Firstly I'd not be diving 3-4 times a day but we were in Bali last month till July 25th and son dived and needed a full length wetsuit BUT if you don't want to bring why not hire from who ever you're getting tanks from.
We noticed it was far cooler than other years at the same time of year
We flew with Garuda and had 25 kgs free for sports equipment also but he didn't drag his wetsuit!
