Thanks Berry for the opportunity, the amount was very significant by most standards. Recently I have had a double tradgey of cancer in my family and passing away was the result of both. Anyone affected the same would understand how prehaps this happened.
This person was away of my circumstances, and played the old mother has breast cancer and needs an operation and chemo. Yes I do accept responsiblity for my actions and would not have normally been tricked out of money.
This person is well known by Expats and Aussies, therefore my warning is that should and entertainer in a very well known band presents themselves with this story, run a mile.
Whilst I am patently aware that is story maybe not be travel related and we are aware of the scams, hopefully some on this forum wll be well informed and not be subject to the same.
