It cost around 70,000 from Kuta to Sanur beach markets and it would be around half way. So it should cost around 35 to 40 thousand. But what are you going to do if they all say 100,000 or walk. May be better to get driver to pick you up at boat and use him for the day and pay around 400,000 for the day. Plenty of people on forum will give you drivers emails and phone numbers.
