This is the last of 8 weeks in Indonesia, mainly Bali, but also Gili Trawangan and a slow boat trip to Flores. It's our umpteenth trip, and Ian turned 60hete. Had a great multi-national party in a small Ubud bar. Have also been to Candi Dasa and Lipah, where we treated very well by our sponsor kid's family. We now have 2 weeks in Sanur volunteering at the nearby Jodie O'Shea kids home. We stay cheap and cheerful, eat yummy spicy food at local warungs, and our shopping is restricted to what we need now, so our holiday budget stretches a l-o-n-g way.
Have been (pleasantly) surprised this year with the abundant and late rainfalls.
