you will also find some nice things in Ubud if you are prepared to look around the markets, things like crochet bed throws, baskets, tin boxes etc. Sukawarti has the same, cheaper but sellers alot more intense. Also there is a street in Seminyak called Jalan Raya which we drove through at night and there is a section that was full of home ware stores
Jalan Raya Seminyak starts at the junction of Jalan Raya Kerobokan and stretches the all the way down to Kuta where it turns into Jalan Legian. The street is littered with small boutiques, clothing and craft shops, and homeware shops...more Kerobokan end. I also got a ceramic skull and a few other nice pieces in Seminyak Square, there is a nice homewares shop there and also have a good look at the little shops upstairs there. Happy shopping...oh and we found some nice homeware shops in Jimbaran too along the main road but pricey.
