We visited a boutique shop on Dewi Sri Street and they had proper piping bags, nozzles. Cake Tins etc, and much more. May have what you want.
Directions. Dewi Sri Street runs between Sunset Road and Kuta Galleria. (Not Bali Galleria) If you are travelling up Melasti Street away from the ocean, cross over Legian Street and up to the T junction. Normally taxi's would turn right and head back to Legian Street. Turn left and go over the bridge. 50 metres over the bridge on the right is Alta Modo (sells dress materials etc) Go about another 100 metres and Dewi Sri Street is on the left 50 metres is a Factory Outlet shop and about 4 shops after on a corner is the shop I was describing.
