Staying at the Lokha recently we saw LOTS of motor cyclists drive on the footpath and a mad situation since the footpaths have been widened.
One day during a deluge and Jl Padma was flooded there was a huge traffic jam. This was caused because an Aussie who was driving against the traffic absolutely refused to drive up on the footpath... cars, takis were honking... all he kept saying was "I'm not driving on a footpath" Well done him but I think he sadly lost the battle.
