Easiest way to send western union is online.
The location only needs to be the country.
Pick up is instant. Ie I can send money and the minute the transaction is complete my wife can collect it.
Fee's vary by country and amount. But the example looks about right for indo.
If sending larger amounts, sometimes cheaper to use your bank. Depends on how much your bank charges really...but if you do this, make the transaction in your home currency, not rupiah.
Let the indo banks convert to rupiah... you get a much better deal.
