Straight across the road from Grand Kumala in Gang Bintang is a fantastic Physio type of healer (he is from Borneo) and has fixed several friends frozen shoulder - one guy stayed on an extra week & was absolutely amazed at his results, had had a problem for 12 mths & with daily treatment was 90% better - not cheap - about 800,000 a session but fully booked the whole time - you should definitely check him out if your shoulder is still bothering you next time in Bali.
