Hi chizz yes we stayed at Kamuela in June its great. They have an excellent spa prices start at 139,000rp and this includes a full 60 minute body massage and a 30 minute facial. Also the Aroma Spa at the Sanur Hotel just a few minutes walk is excellent but more pricy but worth every cent.
Dining I would recommend the Carmel at the Kamuela and Ristorante Sale e Pepe which is across the road and two minutes walk south both excellent. Also Beach Club next door at the Puri Santrian which is next door and then Tropical across the road was also a nice meal.
