We have been about 3 or 4 times over the years. The bird park will take a couple of hours to do the full circuit if you want to look properly. Look into a cage and it looks empty, but a close look will find something hidden amongst the leaves. There is a walk through aviry and some times there is a feeding session but I don't know the actual feeding times. They give you a small saucer with seed. The birds land on your arm, the plate and wherever to get a feed. There is a couple of Kimodo Dragons. There is also a place where you can be photographed with various birds. We also had lunch and they had a bird show during the time we were eating. Prices were Good and not exhorbitant so I can recommend.
Time to get there would be about 1.5 hours but with Bali Traffic you never know. Next door is the reptile park and also worth a look.
Allow 5 hours at least for a round trip from Hotel to Hotel.
