I use them as I have a pre-existing condition, a heart pacemaker. The difference with them was, although as per the other underwriters they do not cover the existing condition, there was no delays in agreeing cover overall.
Through them I am also covered on an annual basis for all countries (multi entry) through Asia for a twelve month period ... as long as I stay no longer than 30 days at a time. This was a godsend considering I frequently travel into Asia for our private business on a regular basis and the premium was more than competitive offered for this type of travel insurance.
