cancelled our accomodation booking the day before we arrived, I got an email stating the hotel didnt have my credit card details and I needed to contact them within 24 hours, 8 hours later I checked my booking to find it was already cancelled! I was already in Bali at another hotel so tried emailing Booking.com and got no reply.

I contacted the hotel that we were moving too the following day and thankfully booked direct at same rate. It however caused a bit of a panic for a while there. I would not use Booking.com again.
