Hi, I too emailed him before we went and got no response but no problems dealing with him while we were there. He even delivered back to our hotel in Kuta at no charge.
I paid 150,000 per pandora bead, all gold and gemstones supplied by me. Amongst others I had an elephant, angel, handbag with diamonds, crown with diamonds and ruby and gold charm made.
I had a large citrine set in a dress ring ring (again gold and stone supplied by me) cost was 200,000 or 250,000 - cant find my receipt.
and I had a gold bangle enlarged, extra piece supplied by me, 150,000.
Cannot fault the workmanship at all, lovely job done.
