For some conditions you might have to pay a bit extra (premium), but Covermore are a very good company to deal with.
I always tick the box and pay a little extra for the NIL excess ($25 ?)...remember that if you have a family or have to make multiple claims you have to pay the excess which is usually around $100,$200 or $250.
