Isn't hypermart the same (in name) supermarket that operates at the Galleria Centre? If it is, the prices are not too bad there. This doesn't mean though that they will use the same pricing, especially being at the centre of a touristy bit of real estate.
Just a quick tip, there is a small convenience store in that general area called "Lawsons". If you have been in Bali over a week and are starting to get that hankering for something fatty, blandish and westernised to scoff (very common problem I understand), well this place will supply you with a good old Hot Dog and a pile of chips (and a Coke if that is your poison) all for the price you would pay for half a dehydrated pie at your local deli (that is a "milk bar" to you lovely folk from the east).
