They do offer a discount if you book via their website and a further discount if you pay in full, but unless there are quite a few of you going, it's not a huge amount.
I booked for 4 of us to go there via TIC Bali who is often recommended on this forum and I can vouch for why.
The 4 I booked for were myself, a married couple who are friends and the guy's idiot mate. The night before we were to go, the female half of the couple got very sick and couldn't make it. Her husband wouldn't go without her and I had no intention of spending the day stuck with his friend, lol. We were due to be picked up at around 8am from memory. I noticed Putu online on Facebook at around 6.30am and contacted him. He was able to get our dates changed within about half an hour of me calling him. If we had just cancelled, we'd have lost 50% of our payment. We went 3 or 4 days later with no extra costs involved.
I was very glad I'd booked through him instead of direct!
For the record, it was a fantastic day out. It's a long ride there and back but the place is just gorgeous and the buffet lunch would be the best I've ever had in Bali.
