aka "welcome new mug" "Trust me" I can arrange beach front land and villa in your foriegn name freehold.is the catch cry of a couple of "real estate"expat bali shonks up here.Usually dropping the names of police chief,local govt oficials,immigration chief etc.Truth is the land is at negara,NO IMB (building permit)existing "villas" too close to beach."freehold certicicate"in an indonesian name ( just for tax reasons-- dont worry i am your friend)AND expats are falling for this bulls--t.
