We have just returned from Novotel Nusa Dua and were extremely dissappointed. The place is rundown, poorly run and the staff are clearly not happy. We had problems from check-in right through to checkout.
The place did have quite a few children running around but we were there during WA school holidays. The grounds and room were ok in regards to cleanliness but in need of an update. You have to catch a shuttle bus to the beach. The deepest pool was approx 1.4m from memory.
If you are after a little luxury, I would look elsewhere. We will never return nor recommend this hotel to friends.
