This is silly, getting around the law so you can own the land by using nominee Indonesians, ?? Its these nominees that actually own the land and they can sell it off in a blink of an eye and do a runner.
And even if someone dies owning any propery and is married and thinking he's leaving it to his Indo wife well covertly it aint owned by her because all of her male relations are going to grab it.
