Booked in January, through booking.com for a place in Kuta for august. Done a quick trip in late Feb and called into the hotel to check. All good. We pay when we arrive. They were quick. Agree with tunaman for room allocation with different companies. It has happened with us. Agoda (we usually use ) never had a room but booking.com did. Remember agoda charge commission. Then foreign tranaction on your credit card.
