Sounds like a few things have changed...we had small problems...always fixed ... the power went out one night and they came and fixed......
The laneway to Padma Utara wasn't a problem for us...we did buy our own combination roller lock so only we knew the combination..but had no probs with dogs or neighbours....
But the building next door had only just started when we were there!
The pool was the deal breaker for us and we would probably go there again...for a big family we enjoyed it.....Deb
