In February this year, I flew to Perth using a QFF Jetstar flight. I was allowed 23 kg of checked in luggage and 7 kg of cabin luggage. Jetstar did not allow liquids > 100 mls, including duty free alcohol and perfume.
No meals or drinks are covered by your QFF ticket. You can buy meals or drinks onboard using credit or debit cards. There are no cash transactions.
