I've bought clothes there when I was a size 24-26. I have no trouble now at a size 20 and my mum buys clothes there at a 16-18 as well. I'm looking forward to dropping a few more sizes and having a bigger choice, but have more luck there than anywhere else in Bali.
I've never had a problem getting help. Most of the larger sized clothes aren't on display - just ask and they'll bring out a bag of pants or tops or dresses in the size you want. Sometimes it's hard to get someone's attention when the place is super busy - so I just go early in the morning when it's less crowded.
