I booked with them after I read Hoolz's recommendation.....no problem. The cheap prices are sometimes because you have to pay upfront (not at all hotels) and there is a no refund on cancellation policy on the cheaper prices.....once again, not on all hotels. Its up to the hotel if they want to charge you upfront or not, or if you want to go that way
