bali haven villas

I was wondering if anyone has used the Bali Haven Villas in Kuta I have enquired in the 6 bedroom villa Rio which is being upgraded and will be ready in June they are sending us photos of the villa and if we like what we see I can send my deposit, which is fair enough but Im a bit worried with all this scamming going on I have goggled the Rio but cannot find it the Bali Haven Villas have many other villas so I know they are a legit company, just don't want to lose our money
to scammers.
